As for every single project we’ve implemented, we actively participate in preliminary investigations, feasibility studies and the choice of mechanical, electrical, electronic, software, hardware and management solutions.

The company was launched by its founder Eligio Ragessi around 50 years ago. In the early ’80s, the need arose to adopt an organizational structure more suited to the company’s growing needs and the arrival of the founder’s sons, establishing RGS Elettrotecnica, specializing in electric, civil and industrial installations.

The business continued to build on its success, moving into new areas around its original idea; thus in 1991, with the arrival of new partners, VRG IMPIANTI SRL was founded, incorporating RGS Elettrotecnica and developing its business scope to software and hardware applications for automated electromechanical systems.

Thanks to growing demand, RGS Automazioni was founded in 1998, providing engineering services for the construction of industrial automation equipment.

The range of services offered to customers was broadened further in 2002, with the implementation and maintenance of hydro-thermo-sanitary systems, availing ourselves of major industry brand names as well as qualified technicians.

A generational change is currently under way, with the arrival to the company of several of the founding partner’s successors: Dr. Matteo Ragessi and Andrea Ragessi (electrical engineer) for VRG Impianti, and Gessica Ragessi for RGS Automazioni, while Filippo Ragessi will soon be coming on board.
